Sustainable Energy - Without the Hot Air (withouthotair.com)

I saw David MacKay talk at the weekend. He hopes to start a movement to get us to a real plan to take our energy issues. I don't think you have to believe in all the worst case scenarios of climate change and fossil fuel supply not to agree that addressing sustainable energy must be one of the most important challenges of our time.
David actually draws the battle lines for us - what can we actually get from clean coal, nuclear, wave, solar, wind etc? What mix do we need to meet our realistic demands?
I hope that we see his book, and his lectures influence the politicians, and help them be able to make the brave and tough choices they need to.

When you take a step back on a subject like this, the enormity of the challenge is not the problem itself, its whether we can globally work together to actually meet it.
